Part of the emirate's strategic partnership between the Department of Human Resources and government departments, bodies, and institutions, the Sharjah Human Resources Department (SHRD) has just finished its annual programme, summer training for school and university students in 2022 in all sectors.

 

During its five-week duration, the programme welcomed students from universities, colleges, and high schools all around the Emirate of Sharjah to participate.
The annual summer training programme is designed to help students make the most of their time off during the summer by honing their skills, broadening their perspectives, developing their sense of self, and instilling a strong sense of accountability. And by putting students in real-world job settings, they may learn the knowledge and skills they need to confidently enter the workforce in the future.
The programme's end-of-summer results were encouraging, as it had attracted both male and female students on vacation and who were  willing to put their free time to good use.
